Come and experience the rich flavors of authentically prepared Ethiopian cuisine while contributing to a worthy cause. Menu includes: ◘ Doro Wot (Spicy Ethiopian Chicken stew) ◘ Alicha Wot (Non Spicy Beef stew) ◘ Atikilit Wot (Vegetable stew) ◘ Misir Wot (Ethiopian Lentil stew) ◘ Shrio Wot (Ethiopian Chickpea stew) ◘ Azifa (Ethiopian Lentil Salad) ◘ Injera Bread (A staple, unique sour fermented pancake-like flatbread made from Teff) ◘ Basmati Rice
◘ Followed by Desert(s) w/ Coffee & Tea and an Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony

5 pm - Gathering with beer, wine & cider available at cash bar
6 pm - Dinner
7 pm - Short intro to MCC Project / Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony / Entertainment
7:30 pm - Entertainment continues + Short Auction and Gift Basket Raffle Draw

By attending this event, you will be making a direct impact on the lives of mothers and babies in Agarfa. Your support will help provide a safe, well-equipped and nurturing environment for expectant mothers, ensuring access to quality healthcare to greatly reduce maternal and infant mortality rates. Once equipped, the government pays for operating costs. Together with your help, we can work to raise the final 1/4 of the project cost so we can finish the project by mid-2024.

Tickets are $75 per person and you will receive a $50 charitable tax receipt for each $75 ticket (thus we are asking for your name, address and email address)

Alicha Wot (Non spicy Beef stew)
(Beef, Onions, Spiced butter, ginger, garlic, turmeric, small potatoes, Ethiopian cardamom, Salt)
Atikilit wot (Vegetable stew)
(Cabbage, potatoes, carrots, onion, garlic, oil, cumin, turmeric, cardamom, cloves, black pepper, fenugreek, salt)
Misir Wot (Ethiopian Lentil stew)
(Split lentils, cooking oil, onions, berbere, garlic, ginger, coriander, tomato, Parsley/cilantro, salt)
Shrio wot (Ethiopian Chickpea stew)
(Seasoned chickpea flour, Onion, Olive oil, Garlic, Tomato paste)
Azifa (Ethiopian Lentil Salad)
(An Ethiopian green lentil dish that combines lentils with fresh lime juice, mild hot peppers, tomatoes and spices)
Injera Bread (A staple, unique sour fermented pancake-like flatbread made from Teff)
(Teff is a grain from a unique grass in Ethiopia)
